Date range picker to set the date range for the data displayed on the dashboard

User Story

As an admin portal user I want to be able to pick a custom date range for the data displayed on the Dashboard so that I can set the dates included to exactly what I want.


Requirements

Use UI Components/Date & Time Pickers/Date Range

Intended behavior: allow an admin user to select the two dates for the data to be shown on the Dashboard.
